Services Terms & Conditions

Wilmott Turner Financial Services (Wilmott Turner) provides a number of services to its clients on a commercial basis for which fees are charged.

Before agreeing to take up any of these services the client will be provided with a written contract setting out the terms and conditions under which the service will be provided.

1. Bankruptcy Assistance Service

2. IVA Application Service

This service is provided to the client in part by Wilmott Turner and in part by a preferred service provider (Insolvency Practitioner). The contract terms and conditions which apply to the service provided by Wilmott Turner can be viewed here: IVA Application Service Terms & Conditions

3. IVA Protocol

The standard IVA terms and conditions are referred to as the IVA Protocol Terms and Conditions. These will normally apply to each client on signing their IVA proposal documentation as prepared by the Insolvency Practitioner. They can be viewed here: IVA Protocol Terms & Conditions

4. Mortgage after and IVA or Bankruptcy

Wilmott Turner is not a Mortgage Broker. This service is provided by our preferred service provider Equity Finance. The Equity Finance terms and conditions of business are available on request.

5. Company Debt Services
